I’m Dmitria, yoga therapist, space holder, and guide for those standing at the edge of awakening, ready to reclaim their truth and rediscover the richness of their life.
For years, I lived the life I was told would make me happy. The degrees, the promotions, the perfectly curated identity.
On the outside, I looked composed and accomplished.
On the inside, I was anxious, exhausted, and spiritually starved — slowly numbing under the weight of disconnection.
I didn’t need another strategy or quick fix.
I needed to remember who I was underneath it all.
A spiritual reckoning showed me I wasn’t broken — just disconnected.
Disconnected from my body. My truth. The parts of me I had buried to survive.
Learning to see beneath those layers is what woke me up.
And the woman who emerged is the one who stands with you now. Clear. Grounded. Unafraid of seeing the essence of who we are.
