My Philosophy

I do not believe in hustle-as-healing. I do not believe service requires self-sacrifice. I do not believe intensity equals transformation.

About Dmitria

I am an IAYT-Certified Yoga Therapist (800-hour), RYT-500, and author.

Before this work, I built a high-achieving corporate life that looked polished from the outside. It was structured, strategic and successful.

It was also unsustainable.

My awakening began not with collapse, but with recognition. Recognition that I had mastered my external world, but at a cost that I was no longer willing to pay. That journey informs everything I offer. I bring lived experience and clinical depth.

The Invitation

Over time, we learn to do what is required of us. Roles, Identities, Masks. They serve us. Until they don’t. And then they begin to distance us from ourselves.
