Architecture of Inner Stability offers a practical framework for understanding the nervous system, regulating internal states, and building the internal foundation from which real change becomes possible. It brings together yogic philosophy, embodied practice, and modern understanding in a way that is clear, grounded, and applicable to daily life.

Private Yoga Therapy
Private sessions offer a focused and individualized space to work directly with your nervous system, conditioning patterns, and lived experience. This is where the work becomes specific, practical, and deeply tailored.

Group Classes
I also teach group classes in person and online through my partnership with Imagine Yoga Studio. These classes offer an accessible way to engage the work through practice, embodiment, and consistent support in community.

About Dmitria

I am a yoga therapist whose work sits at the intersection of nervous system regulation, yoga psychology, and applied practice.

I help people understand the internal patterns that shape their experience and offer practical ways to shift those patterns through embodied, structured work. My approach integrates classical yogic frameworks with modern insights in physiology and psychology, translated into language and practices that can be lived.

I am the author of Architecture of Inner Stability and also teach group classes in person and online through Imagine Yoga Studio.
