About Dmitria

A Different Way of Working

I am a yoga therapist whose work sits at the intersection of nervous system regulation, yoga psychology, and applied practice.

I help people understand the internal patterns that shape their experience and offer practical ways to shift those patterns through embodied, structured work. My approach integrates classical yogic frameworks with modern insights in physiology and psychology, translated into language and practices that can be lived.

I am the author of three books and teach group classes through Imagine Yoga Studio. Private yoga therapy is offered online to clients anywhere.
